I was taken in after about a 5 min wait, didn't even get into my book. I was there for cleaning. Dr Elgazzor came in and did his thing and then his assistant finished up and I was out of there in no time w/ clean, shiny teeth.

Dr. Elgazzar is originally from Egypt. He received his B.D.S in oral and dental surgery from Cairo University. (One professor from the University told him that his hands are magic!) In 2003, he moved to Connecticut to work at Waterbury Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital where he performed surgical extractions, fixed/removable prosthodontics, restorative work and molar root canal treatments while frequently responding to calls from each hospital’s emergency room. During that time, he became a clinical instructor at Boston University’s Massachusetts Community Health Center supervising new residents and externs at the center. He is a member of The Dawson Academy for advanced Dental Study, a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry, and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Currently he transforms smiles for patients at Bright Now Dental in Stafford and at his new private practice in McLean, VA. Always concerned for his patients’ comfort, oral health and well being, he takes pleasure in educating patients while helping to restore their confidence. Dr. Elgazzar is very passionate about dentistry and nothing pleases him more than seeing patients happy and satisfied with their smile. On a personal note, Dr. Elgazzar has a wife and three energetic daughters who keep him very busy. He is quite a football fan and enjoys being outdoors, lifting weights and running. Dr. Elgazzar is a loving and devoted husband, father and dentist.

Dr. Elgazzar has dealt with my fear of dentists for almost 2 years now. He has been the most patient dentist I've ever seen, considering I'm a wimp with most dental procedures. On top of that, he's the BEST I've ever seen. He was very thorough on his plan of treatment for me, as well as explaining his treatment plan to my understanding. He's very personable and doesn't make you feel like he's there for just business. He truly cares and for that, I will forever be grateful for him.

Dr. Elgazzar has taken the fear out of me when it comes to dental work. Professional, patient, detailed oriented, and simply amazing are a complete understatement. He is such a good guy and makes me feel very welcomed in his office. He is the dental God in my book and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I would also like to recognize the wonderful staff that works with Dr. Elgazzar. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming.

I was totally unimpressed. As soon as I got there I was asked for my X-rays which of course I did not have as I didn't know i was supposed to ask the previous dentist about them. We had to phone the previous dentist.
I tried to pay the co pay and was told I may need deep cleaning and which was a way higher price. Of course the dentist told me I needed deep cleaning when an hour later he looked at my teeth.
There is no hygienist and the dentist cleans in 30 minutes the assistant told me. As it had taken so long to get to this point I had to leave.
