First time there. The process of filling out the paperwork went smoothly. Got my x-rays done fairly easily. I had to wait a minute until I seen by the dentist but only because they were short staffed that day, which I understand happens. When I was finally seen by Dr. Madani, he was cordial, informative, and when over what were the issues affecting me. After I seen him, I was able to set up my next appointment real easily.

Dr. Madani and his staff are the friendliest group of people I've met in quite some time! The treatment I received and the way he and his staff treated me was fantastic. I felt like I was his only patient! I will definitely refer anybody I know to Dr. Madani and his office!

I am not one to put a bad review but this man is not personable at all. I had never met him and he had no interest in me as a general human being. My gums naturally are very inflamed and sensitive, which I explained to him. He didn't even offer to numb them until I backed away and started tearing up from the pain. At that point he walked away and had the hygienist finish me off and I didn't see him again. For such an expensive service I would have been paying for, I expect to be treated a little nicer. I will never be back.

The overall visit was mediocre and the amount of time I spent in the office for a routine cleaning was unexceptable. I was there for almost 3 hours and the payment process was rushed.

They said they could not see us because Dr. Madani was not enrolled as part of our insurance plan, even though this was all discussed prior to appointment. Waste of gas & time.
