One of the most hospitable offices I've ever been to. Dr. Harris, Rachel, (I believe it was her name?) and the receptionist Ashley were wonderful. Made me feel like I was home and they treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

I found Dr. Harris through zoc doc, and was so happy I gave her a chance! The woman at the front desk was very kind, and Rachel, who took the xrays of my teeth, was very kind, efficient, and very quick. Dr. Harris explained everything to me that I needed to get done with no fuss! Please go to Dr. Harris!

Welcome to Smiles at the Square! Dr Harris has been creating beautiful, healthy smiles for over 25 years. We provide the highest quality cosmetic and restorative dentistry including implants by using cutting edge technology in a relaxed and comfortable office overlooking Rittenhouse Square. Our team is committed to providing outstanding customer service by carefully listening to you and then providing a dental treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your needs and desires.
Dr. Nancy Harris received her DMD degree from The School of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduation, Dr. Harris was accepted into the general practice dental residency program at Albert Einstein Northern Division in Philadelphia. This extremely selective program provided an additional year of intense training in handling complex dental cases. Dr. Harris is a premier Invisalign provider.
Dr. Harris is a member of the The American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association and the Philadelphia County Dental Society. She also is a member of the prestigious Spear Study Club and takes extensive continuing education courses to keep up with the latest developments in the ever changing field of cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Harris served as the alumni chair of the Mentoring Program at the University of Pennsylvania and still takes great pride in encouraging undergraduate students who are considering a career in dentistry.When not in the office, Dr. Harris enjoys playing tennis and attending the "arts" of Philadelphia (Walnut Street and Arden plays, museums, ballets, etc!)

The staff here is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.
I have a lot of dental issues and have been apprehensive about getting work done. Dr. Harris and the hygienist who helped me were extremely professional and warm in their approach. They explained everything and made me feel at ease.
I had been seeing another dentists and figured that what he told me about a procedure was a little off. This was confirmed when I spoke with Dr. Harris. She knows what she's doing!
I feel confident that I have chosen the right office.

It was a very impressive and well-run office. Coming off the elevator and approaching the door I had some skepticism. However, their space is comforting, the staff is welcoming, and the appointment, a check-up, was painless and enjoyable.

Nancy is a very competent dentist and is skilled at what she does. I've had to have three crown procedures performed over the last year on teeth that had large and older fillings. It's not a fun time, but Dr. Harris knows what she's doing and performs the procedure well.
My only issue, and this is a personal thing, is that she uses way too much Novocaine. She's so concerned about eliminating any pain during drilling, she goes way overboard on the number and location of the anesthetic injections.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Harris. Her assistant Sky, was very personable and didn't have a problem answering my many questions. Of course, one thing I really, really love is not having to wait to be seen. As a new patient, I had to fill out some paperwork but was seen as soon as my paperwork was processed.

I was able to download the "new patient" forms online and complete them before my apointment; so,my wait time was @ five minutes. My appointment lasted 30 minutes and I am very happy with the result. Dr. Harris is extremely professional and always makes me feel comfortable. I had 6 veneers done on my front teeth 8 years ago and they still look great. Today I just had a filling and I didn't feel a thing!
