After a few less than stellar experiences in the Philadelphia dental world, I was apprehensive to go back. Dr. Halpern and his staff quickly neutralized that apprehension with their friendly and skillful approach. I was ushered through the process with ease and feel silly for waiting so long to get my teeth in order. I've found my new dentist.

The doctor was very polite and professional. He made a point to greet me and apologize personally about an appointment booking confusion and was kind enough to offer to see me regardless of the error. Office waiting room space is small and office time was a wait, however there were many new patients and emergency walk-ins were being handled. To each patient, the doctor spoke to personally and offered solutions. As for my personal care - I must say, I have had some poor dental work in the past at another dentistry, so I was so appreciative to have Dr. Yefim not only appropriately assess the state of my teeth and give me an honest list of solutions, but also look closely into my insurance coverage to work within my budget to get the work done. The doctor did not belittle the status of my teeth, but rather approached the situation with optimism and options - allowing me to have a voice in my care. I left the office with a beautiful new tooth... bottom line, the dentist does beautiful, professional work and is proud of his work. I am very happy to have Dr. Yefim in the neighborhood!
