Dr Nandini Malaghan is very friendly and the staff is very nice. I went for a teeth cleaning and some fillings I had a good experience and Dr. Nandini spent the time required to explain about the teeth cleaning process and how to maintain going forward.

Service desk is not professional at all. They don’t know how to use their computer to reach out customers’ information and you have to do everything over and over. If something goes wrong, they even don’t bother themselves to call and follow up with you and, wait until you get there.
I never refer this office for others.

I would never go here again. Her dental assistant did my X-rays without the lead shield. Then, did my X-rays upside down and had to redo them; then forgot the lead shield again, just kept saying, I sorry this hurt over and over. Extremely unpleasant, there are much better places out there. The doctor was ok though.

So far its been the best experience I ever had with any Dentists. There is still some pain in my teeth but I assume it will go away soon. Once you talk with Dr. Malghan you will know that she is experienced and professional individual. She clearly explains what she intends to do which most of other dentists do not let you know. I will update the review if things change in future which I hope won't. ;)
