The office did not use the information we sent prior, did not rely on the card or patient info that we sent, and had a lot of paperwork to just do a simple check for pain. They seemed excessively concerned about making sure the patient was actually the person on the insurance card, and also had many pages of superflous items added to thier readbook before seeing the patient. I am not going back.

Dr. Bawa and is staff are amazing! 10/10 recommend. I had a filling fall out right before moving to another city, and they were able to squeeze me in so that I wouldn’t experience any potential pain on moving day. I sincerely appreciate their help!

I really want to boast about my experience with Dr. Bobby Bawa - DO, Dentist and his staff.
I had the best customer service experience EVER. I went in for general checkup, but I had a complaint about a “food pocket” from a previous crown. Id visited 2 DDSs prior, and was told, “it’s more cosmetic than a dental need to replace it”, true story.
He didn’t care about the insurance, he was adamant to care for me in that moment, he LISTENED, and took action to at a minimum make he feel comfortable.
He removed the crown, and whoa, what did he find? The reason I’d been complaining. My 1.5h appointment vastly turned to 3 hours, and he NEVER rushed. He could have told me to come back or get another appointment to resolve my issue. He didn’t, he fixed it and the coolest part of all: He was able to 3D print another crown in office. He and his office took grest care of me and handled it all!! & HE, himself called to ? on me the next day!!!! excellent service!

He has excellent reviews, the visit was prompt and they even reached out to me prior so that my visit was not wasted on paperwork.
The staff was excellent, and showed real confidence in their work and made feel at ease during my visit. I know that nobody likes to go to the Dentist, they made this a completely non stresses experience.
