Navdeep was amazing! Very friendly, very articulate when explaining my issues, excellent use of dental technology, accommodated my schedule, has hired excellent dental assistants, and gave me an overall good feeling. I recommend her very highly!

Stop associating yourself with these guys. First, I scheduled an appointment on-line using your service. They called me 3 days later to re-schedule, saying that they were having trouble managing their on-line system with their in-office appointment system.
I re-scheduled with them. I received an email from your service with my re-scheduled appointment, but it did not match the time they had given me over the phone. Once again, I had to call to make sure I had the correct appointment time.
During the re-scheduling phone call, I gave them all of my insurance information for a second time, because they said they did not have it. When I called to confirm my appointment, I asked if they had confirmed my insurance. The woman on the phone seemed lost, saying it was not done (1 day prior to my appointment) and that "someone" in the office usually verifies it, but she was not sure when it would be done.
I show-up for my appointment last night, expecting to see a surgeon. I had told them in my on-line appointment and over the phone what my sons issue was, that he had already seen a dentist and that I was bringing him in to see a surgeon. When they bring us in, he was seen only by a general dentist, and we were told that the surgeon was not available until 12/11. All they could do was apologize for "the mix-up", but did not offer any solution other than to refer me to an outside surgeon.

I don't usually like dentists, but Dr. Aulakh is really cool. She listened to my concerns and really calmed my nerves. The office also has a lot of impressive technology. I didn't know a dentist appointment could be so impressive. I'm planning to stick with this dentist a long time.

The entire staff treated me and my husband very well. Dr. Navdeep Aulakh took her time in explaining every detail of the process. I learnt more about the health of my teeth in her session that I did in over 10 years.
I would definetely recommend her services.
