We had an appointment and waited the same amount of time as a walk-in. Saw three different staff members, none of whom we booked with. One did not have a good bedside manner. Once we saw the doctor, he was quick and kind.

Let me be very clear, the Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable, however the phlebotomist and front desk were terrible. I called twice before my visit as we are in a new environment and wanted to be sure I followed any new rules or procedures. I asked for an appointment over the phone and was told that this location only takes walk-ins. When I walked in they told me to leave and book an appointment online, when I returned I was met with the same indifference and less than friendly bedside manner from the male nurse/phlebotomist. Regretfully, I can’t endorse this location based on this individual and the mismanagement of handling patients in this new environment. We all have choices, choose another location !

Dr. Alipour was really great. I had a complex cluster of symptoms that he was able to address carefully after asking and listening to symptoms i had from the flu. He really took his time and listened to me so he could get a cohesive plan to resolve my chest and sinus mess. In talking with him i learned hes a D.O. which is an added bonus. D.O. physicians tend to look at overall health of the patient vs just 1 thing - which in my case helped.
