I specifically chose a lady doctor on Zondoc but was seen by a male doctor. So I was disappointed and probably won't go back. For people out there, make sure that you are meeting with the doctor that you chose and its better to call the office prior to visiting to confirm that you are seeing the right one.

Really lovely experience. I went for an annual physical and to request some bloodwork. I always hate when you fill out the forms online, then you have to fill out the same ones IRL, but that didn't happen! :^)
I was seen quickly and with kindness. I also appreciate that neither Nurse Shapiro or the assistant who did the initial screening were too stuffy and serious. (That was one of the reasons I left my previous doctor.) I felt heard, and they requested the tests that I asked for, which I've heard can sometimes be a struggle for patients who aren't being validated by their physicians. I was a little shocked at how seamless the experience was honestly. I'd definitely recommend to someone looking for a more chill healthcare experience.

NP Shapiro was excellent. She listened to all of my concerns and provided guidance. She started me on a new med and offered refills. Staff were prompt and friendly. My appointment was actually early.
Only downside was the paperwork which took forever and it kept glitching and closing me out.
