He was very nice and personable, and made sure I was comfortable during my whole cleaning. He made sure all of my questions were answered if I had any. This was my first visit and I plan on seeing him again! The assistant and receptionist were very nice, too.

I have been living in Dallas for 7 years and I couldn't find a decent dentist till now. Dr. Kapadia is a great dentist! I had a cavity in a tooth which already has a filling on the other side. Dr. Kapadia thought I would probably need a crown, I asked if he can try to do a filling instead. He worked on it and finally I could get away with just a filling.I think it is easy to find people who smiles and act courteous but it is very hard to find someone who puts time and effort to make a good job, like him. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Kapadia is an extremely friendly guy, and does great dentistry work. I needed my retainer to be reattached. The last time I had it done (with a different dentist), it took twice as long, cost three times as much, and wasn't as well done. So I'm extremely pleased. Happy to be living near Dr. Kapadia.

I appreciate the way he was personable with me as new patient his staff was great as far as reaching out to me and his assistant was also very positive as well.
I was concerned this was far from my house given all the dentist that are located between my house and his office but the trip was well worth it.
I will be referring people to his office especially if they live in the Richardson, North Dallas, and Plano area

Visit was friendly and painful. A bone fragment was left after an extraction last Saturday and it punctured my tongue to the degree that I couldn't swallow, chew, drink or talk properly. After the DDS removed the piece of bone from my gum improvement has begun. I was most appreciative that he was able to see me on short notice. I will return as a patient in the future.

he didn't have good listening skills. for example when my mom told him that her blood pressure was up because she was running around all morning doing work, he didn't listen. he just wanted to impose his opinion. she also told him that her blood pressure was fine during physical during previous week, he just wouldn't listen. He goes too much into details. I don't like that. Previous dentist recommended medication for pain. He was asking reason. I just couldnt remember at that time. He needs to be less detail oriented. He also talks too much. No one has too much time in a dentist office. Everyone should leave within specific time period.

Dr. Kapadia worked me into his Saturday schedule on short notice and then, again on the next Tuesday to address a problem I was having with a sore tooth. He is very skillful and I was comfortable during the entire procedure. His office staff are great!

Longest and most thorough teeth cleaning of my life, he did a wonderful job. Wait was a little long, but I completely understand as their oral hygenist had a family emergency that day and he was doing everything by himself! Would highly recommend.
