I had braces on for 8 years from another orthodontist in somerset who never finished his work on my teeth which caused me tremendous distress to have a midline that is off , some crooked teeth and a bite that doesn't meet.
I'm am lucky I met a orthodontist who truly wants to help me to create a fully functional and straight smile!

We specialize in correction of crooked and misaligned teeth only and we do not perform any other services Dr.Drut is an elite Invisalign provider. Dr.Oleg Drut completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry and studied for two additional years in the Post Graduate Orthodontic program at New York University where he received his certificate as an Orthodontic Specialist. In addition, he completed his residency in TMJ and oral/facial pain disorders, and was elected to the orthodontic and oral medicine honors programs. Dr. Oleg Drut has participated in a number of internships and clinical presentations and worked as a teaching fellow at the NYU Faculty Practice. He holds membership status in many professional organizations, including American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and Mid Atlantic Society of Orthodontists.

I scheduled a Orthodontic consultation for my daughter For 11am. I set up other appointments for the day for her since today was no school. I was called at 9:30 by the receptionist telling me the office opens at 11am. I arrived at 11am and the office was packed with people. This annoyed me a little bit as I knew I was not going to make the other appointments, so I had to reschedule my other appointments. The professionalism is terrible in this place. Some of the staff were rude! One bald headed man told me to "leave this area because other people need to sit here". Again, I thought I was going for a consultation but was pressured into getting my daughters braces the same day, which I did because I know she needed and wanted it. The only reason why I have to go back is keep up with my daughters appointments. This place is actually really terrible. And I wouldn't recommend this place even if you payed me.

The office was not very appealing. Needs to be updated. I thought I was trapped in the year 1980. Also, I was told that they did not accept my insurance. I went home, called my insurance company to confirm, turns out, they do accept my insurance. I will not be going back again.

My visit with Dr.Drut went very well! I didn't wait long, which is amazing for an orthodontist. He was very sweet. He examined my mouth and gave me a timeline for braces. Unlike a lot of doctors he made sure I didnt have any other qusetions, comments, or concerns. Will be going in next month for my braces!!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Drut!
I saw 2 orthodontists for consultations for my teeth problems and Dr. Drut was the only person who told me I could correct my teeth with Invisalign.
I really did not want to wear braces that are extremely visible. I work in marketing so I am dealing with clients in the office, and clients outside of the office, all of the time. It really was not practical for me to option for braces. I never thought that I’d be a candidate for Invisalign until I was in this dental office and spoke with Dr.Drut about it.
I met with Dr. Drut and told him what I'm unhappy about with my smile.
He looked at my teeth to see the bite. He talked to me about the benefits of Invisalign and what would be involved in the following visits. He told me that Invisalign is a series of clear aligners that slowly shift the teeth to become straight. In contrast to regular braces, the aligners are worn for approximately 22 hours a day, but can be removed during eating and to brush your teeth.
After this initial consultation, Dr. Drut told me that for my next appointment I would need to have a panoramic film x-ray of mouth, digital photos of my teeth (front, up-close, and profile), and impressions taken of my upper and lower teeth.
If it's your first time to meet Dr.Drut please be well prepared for your situations, Dr.Drut will answer all your questions.
Dr.Drut is kind and professional. The staff there are all very efficient and friendly.

This was probably one of the most pleasant medical/dental appointment I've had. I have never used Zocdoc before, so I was happy to receive a conformation email from Zocdoc as well as a confirmation phone call from the Orthodontic Office.
The staff was amazing, they were pleasant and professional. I took my daughter to the office and was seen almost immediately. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, and the staff and the doctor all treated my daughter very well. My daughter was nervous going in, but after the visit she was excited and can't wait to get her Invisalign braces.
Thank You Zocdoc, and Thank You Dr. Drut.

They've definitely improved the waiting time. I had to wait for no more than 5 minutes, which is surprising for a dental office even if you have an appointment. I wore braces for a little more than a year, never had any issues, everything was as painless as possible. Also, the staff does a great job in explaining what's going on. Thanks diamond braces! :)
