They were not aware of my appointment, I told them I made my appointment online and offered to show them my confirmation from Zocdoc but they didn't make a big deal about it and continued to take care of me. I only had to wait 10 minutes after turning in the patient information forms to get my X-rays and saw Dr. Cho. He was direct and clear in explaining his findings from my full-mouth X-rays, he gave his recommendation for treatments. Then the office manager(Julie) came in to explain the financial portion of the treatment, she offered several approaches/choices. Julie was very good at her job, she had my Delta Dental coverage plan checked out before she came in to talk to me so I was aware of what I have to pay out of my pocket. She made the treatment plan went smoothly. I think I will like this new dental office.

Dr Martin Cho is a graduate of the Maxi-Course® Program in Implant Dentistry at the Loma Linda, School of Dentistry. He provides the highest quality dental care possible, in a caring and friendly manner, and in an amiable atmosphere that is enriching to both patients and staff.
Since entering private practice in 1999, his patients’ dental needs and concerns have been his foremost priority. Through comprehensive communication regarding patient expectations and treatments (including risks, benefits and alternatives), Dr. Martin Cho has developed a strong, healthy relationship of mutual trust and respect with his patients. He has kept abreast of the latest advances in technology and techniques in all phases of dentistry, and implements them as appropriate.
Dr. Martin Cho is committed to continuing education, being a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Congress of Oral Implantologists, Southern California Society of General Dentistry and multiple dental study clubs.

I think they should be more clear as to what is paid for by insurance . I also think if they are taking care x Rays , they should show the same concern by cleaning teeth if they plan to polish them regardless of what "the insurance " pays . We All no polishing dirty teeth is pointless, like washing a dirty car, still needs tlc

Dr. Cho and his team are amazing! I had my wisdom teeth extracted for the first time, and he allayed all my fears and anxiety by the end of the procedure, as he worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done right. The manager, Rinah, is kind and friendly, and is willing to answer any questions you have about procedures and/or insurance. The dental assistants there are friendly and are knowledgeable as well! Overall, A+!
