About Dr. Alan Gutierrez

Dr. Alan Gutierrez has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry for over 20 years. His interest began in middle school, inspired by his father, Dr. Abraham Gutierrez, a former Professor of Dental Medicine and a pioneer in autogenous dental transplants (1968), who served as his mentor. Dr. Gutierrez earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Saint Mary's Catholic University. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), San Gabriel Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association, International Association for Orthodontics, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Gutierrez is highly qualified in restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery (including partial and complete bony extractions), pedodontics, cosmetics (veneers, inlays, onlays), and periodontics (hygiene, gingivectomies, crown lengthening). He believes in advanced preparation and has received training from some of the most prestigious clinicians and institutes in the country.
