I loved my visit with Dr. Nasseh! She is so down to earth, very informative, professional, funny and she made me feel very comfortable about about returning to the dentist. Especially being that I suffer extreme anxiety because of a bad experience I had with a prior dentist.

Dr. Panida Nasseh completed her undergraduate studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998, where she received her B.S. in Biology, graduating with Honors. She continued her graduate work at Georgia Tech as well, receiving a M.S. in Applied Biology in 1999. She also holds a certificate in Industrial and Social Psychology from Georgia Tech.
Following her studies, Dr. Nasseh did research in the field of Geriatric Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and the Atlanta VA Hospital. Dr. Nasseh received her D.D.S. from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York in 2006. While at Columbia, Dr. Nasseh was a member of the William Jarvie Research Society, Student Government, New York State Dental Association, and the American Student Dental Association. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Nasseh further increased her proficiency in dentistry by completing a General Practice Residency in 2007 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York. Since then, Dr. Nasseh has enjoyed practicing in the Atlanta area. Dr. Nasseh is an active member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry

You would think that a highly rated dental office would harbor good customer service & services. WRONG!
My issues with Jones Bridge Dental Care started as soon as they finished my x-rays. Someone from the front office came in and presented their 'dental plan' for my teeth which consisted of basically a subscription plan for a year. It's as if they have this call center bucket approach that they use on everyone. I declined.
I always call in advance to make sure my insurance is accepted and that I won't be charged for anything extra to which the office confirmed. They said that they accepted my insurance & that there would not be any out-of-the-blue charges that I would see. Even before my appointment, the first question I asked was if my insurance was accepted and if everything was covered for a normal checkup/cleaning. Again to which the office confirmed that I was good. As I exited the office, again I asked if everything was good to go and if there were any problems with insurance. A week later I find a letter sent to me letting me know I owed money for my visit because of insurance not accepting certain x-rays the office performed.
Are you kidding me? What more do I need to do as a patient/customer to proactively avoid out-of-pocket costs.
It doesn't stop there. As quick as they are in asking for money I've emailed them several times to get some details about this charge. No response after several weeks.

i love that I never have to wait long in the waiting room. All of the staff is very kind and friendly.
I also appreciate the extra services like massage, warm neck wrap, etc. Dr. Nasseh is very down to earth and explains things thoroughly. Very happy overall!!

Had a pleasant experience although I was refrred to a specialist due to some gum issues and couldn't get the cleaning done for which I originally took apointment. But the doctor is good, staff is excellent and office is clean, very well maintained and excellent service.
