Dr Liu was very thorough and informative however he made a lot of comments that made me uncomfortable about how difficult it was to work on me and seemed frustrated with me as his patient. It's really unfortunate because I liked how dedicated he was to my dental health but I couldn't handle his demeanor and some of the rude things he would say. He also made rude comments to his staff about their weight and stated they needed to run. I think the final straw that made me decide to not go to his office was when he was talking about having too many patients and cutting back on insurance and being able to get rid of difficult patients. So I have decided to opt myself out at this point.

Dr. Liu is the best. He not only does a great job cleaning or filling my teeth, but he also educates while doing so. My favorite part is that he is genuinely a great guy, and I feel comfortable with him. He will even send follow up texts to make sure I'm doing well after a big cleaning or filling. Finally, for the work he does not do, he has always referred me to other great dentists for my wisdom teeth removal and gum grafting. Thumbs up for Dr. Liu.

My experience with Dr. Liu was great! He was very professional, but also super friendly and warm. As this was my first initial visit with him, he did a great job of walking me through the process. He was very precise and thorough with his dental procedures, and he put a lot of importance on gathering as much data and information about my dental history as possible; all which made me very comfortable. Dr. Liu did a great job of explaining the results of my dental work, and of informing me what I need to do in order to work towards better dental health/hygiene. He did not rush through my appointment or push specific dental work on me, and I felt like I had his complete attention and effort during my visit - something I greatly value in my dentist. I will definitely recommend him to others, and I have complete confidence that working with Dr. Liu will get me to perfect dental health!

Great Experience. I just came from a bad dentist the week before and he pointed out everything the other one did wrong and didn't try to up sell or give me anything I didn't need. Even though it was a consult he was nice enough to get the x-rays from the other dentist - saved a lot! He also worked with me to get me in again for a cleaning before the insurance benefit rolls over. Will be back, very nice guy and staff.

Dr. Liu and his staff are brilliant! He worked patiently and with sincere care. My appointments were always on time and never felt rushed through. I've seen him three times, three months in a row, which says a lot about how much work I needed, but also shows that Dr. Liu has willingly put in the time to make my smile great again. Each visit was educational, enjoyable (despite my cavities), and positive. I would recommend anyone to go see him. Hands down the best dentist I've ever had!

Always a great visit! Dr. Liu runs a very laid back practice, in the sense that he takes his time with each patient, gives 110% attention, does his own cleanings.... It's more like visiting a good friend compared to a lot of other offices where they usher people through like cattle. Highly recommend Dr Liu and his team!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist! From a past experience where applying the anesthesia was overly painful I have since been very nervous anytime I have to get dental work done. Dr. Liu did a amazing job getting me prepped and slowly applying the anesthesia so that I would not have pain. He made sure I had enough anesthesia to make the experience good. I had extensive work done and he was gentle and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. He even had a little bit of humor as well which made the time go by much quicker since I had to be there for a few hours. I would recommend him to anyone for dental work.

I hate going to the dentist, that's why it's been 5 years since I've been. But it had been 5 years, so I had to go. It also was a bit of an emergency, so they were able to squeeze me in right away. Dr. Liu and his staff were absolutely wonderful. The best experience I've ever had. They made sure I was comfortable, they didn't judge me that it had been awhile since I had seen a dentist, and they explained the proper way to take care of my teeth. No dentist has ever taken that much time to care and explain those items to me. So thank you Dr. Liu and your staff for the excellent service. I would recommend your office to anyone.

I brought my 94 year old father in law in for an appointment who is pretty much confined to a motorized chair. The team could not have been more accommodating. They showed so much care and compassion for him. It was actually quite touching. I would recommend Dr. Liu and his team to anyone.

Dr. Liu is extremely personable, caring, and thorough. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their experience in his office. I walked in and was seen immediately - absolutely zero waiting! He took the time to make sure I understand everything and had all my questions answered. Dr. Liu even sent me a friendly text message later that day to make sure I was feeling okay after my visit. Top notch service, fantastic staff -- highly recommend!

I love my new dentist! I'm new to the area and had neglected my own health for the last several years, so I was a bit apprehensive (and embarrassed) about going to a dentist. Dr Liu is extremely thorough and competent. He is also straightforward and took a lot of time to explain his assessment, but does so in a very friendly, non-judgmental way. His staff is very friendly as well. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family!

Dr. Liu is very thorough. There is much work that will need to be done and we are getting specialist opinions on areas where Dr. Liu is less familiar such as root canals and possible extractions. He is very patient, kind and thorough. If you must go to a dentist...I recommend Dr. Liu

Dr. Liu is everything you want in a Dentist. He is friendly, he is prompt, he is professional. But most of all, he does all the work himself. He cleans, he performs procedures, he does his own exams -- everything you need done, he actually does himself. You don't find that much anymore with a dentist. He is very hands-on and he is YOUR dentist, not just a guy that shows up and checks the work after it was done by an assistant. It is a small shop that values referrals and he does outstanding work with major attention to detail. Highly recommended.

It had been 5 years since my last dental appointment. I am 54 years old and have a terrible fear of dentists because of painful and unfortunate experiences since I was 7 years old. My husband, Tom, researched Dr. Liu's background and saw he graduated from Loma Linda University Dental School. After Tom's first visit last year, he came home raving about Dr. Liu and his staff. I finally got the nerve to call and make my appointment. I explained to Eve on the phone about my fear and she reassured me that Dr. Liu was very compassionate with his patients. She also told me my appointment would be about 2 hours. My appointment was today and yes, it definitely was 2 hours....2 of the best hours spent with Dr. Liu!! Not only was he compassionate, but this was the first time I had such a thorough oral exam...and he never left my side and explained everything that he was doing and showed me (with his amazing technology!!) everything that he was seeing in my mouth! He then showed me what needed to be done and how it was affecting not only oral health but my health in general. Not once did I feel nervous or anxious, nor were my hands all clammy and sweaty. My next appointment us scheduled in 2 weeks, and I will be having some much needed dental work done as well as having my teeth cleaned, which Dr. Liu will be doing himself. I am actually looking forward to seeing Dr. Liu again, and his wonderful staff!!
