Dr. Arfanis and his staff were all very welcoming for my first visit with them. Shmeka, the dental hygienist who performed my dental prophy was proficient and great at communicating. She knew I needed a local block when I was feeling sensitive to probing and wasted no time in grabbing local analgesics. She even sent me home with a free molar brush kit. I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Paul Arfanis grew up on Long Island, New York. He pursued his undergraduate education at Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania and received his dental degree from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. He completed a residency for dental implants at the Misch Institute & New York University School of Dentistry in Manhattan. He completed an advanced fellowship training with the International Congress on Oral Implantology while he practiced in Westfield, New Jersey.
His goal is to help patients achieve and maintain optimal dental care.
NOTE: For the convenience of our patients, we accept all PPO insurance plans, however, we are considered in-network providers only in selected plans such as Delta Dental and CIGNA.

Front office staff (Andrea) is super friendly, efficient and communicates well. None of the rudeness and judgement that can be typical of some dental offices. I had no wait time. Dr. Arfanis made me feel very comfortable and at ease, is straight to the point and also importantly painless. The office is very clean and they are taking careful precautions.
