About Dr. Tony Voong
Dr. Tony Voong received his dental doctorate from the
University of Minnesota and made New York City home after completing an Advanced Education residency at NYU. His interest in art and photography marries his passion for dentistry and getting to work with his hands. He enjoys capturing candid moments of his family, friends,
and humans of New York. At Coliseum Dental Dr. Voong enjoys the latest dental technology in digital scanning, same-day treatment, and cosmetic dentistry. Each smile is as unique as a person’s fingerprint and Dr.Voong believes that each smile should be tailored and cared for in a personalized way.
In his free time Dr. Voong enjoys traveling, reading, staying fit with
running and at the gym, and exploring New York City one restaurant at
a time with his friends.

Dr. Voong is very kind and patient. I've been coming for a few visits now and can't believe that I leave happy and laughing. I felt so embarrassed with my smile and will say I didn't take care of my teeth for a very long time. I saw Dr. Voong for the first time and appreciated the time he took with me, but I felt unsure still. What made me feel really good was he called me I think a week later from my visit to check up on me and just talk over my thoughts and how I was feeling. I appreciated that he genuinely cared.

Hygienist was great. Office staff professional and kind. I was not seen by Dr. Voong but by another dentist. That dentist was in and out with a recommendation for massive work. Given my surprise and the scale, I would have appreciated being able to ask more questions which I could not. Not sure I’m going back.

Dr. Voong is the best! I go to him for all my dental work, including multiple crowns, and recommend him to all my friends. He’s so knowledgeable and makes his patients feel at ease. He has such an approachable and calm demeanor. He’s very efficient yet also takes the time to answer all your questions. The office is run very well and there’s hardly any wait time.

Dr. Voong was super attentive to my needs and gave amazing guidance and instructions on how to improve my dental health. He made me feel at ease even though I hate, hate, HATE going to the dentist.
The most amazing part was that he remembered all of the personal stories and conversations that I’ve shared from previous visits. This tells me that he really cares about his patients beyond the visit. I’m lucky to have a knowledgeable dentist who’s also really easy on the eyes (believe me, it helps when you’re staring at his face for 30 minutes during a cleaning).
They normally say 4 out of 5 dentists recommend, I would say 10/10 New Yorkers would agree on Dr. Voong.
