Dr. Philip Josephs, aka “Dr. Phil” was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and is the youngest of three brothers. He grew up in Jamaica for most of his adolescent years and moved to the USA when he was 15. Dr. Josephs attended Columbia University in New York City for his dental training and then went on to complete his Periodontics training at the Veterans Hospital in West Los Angeles and UCLA.
Dr. Josephs focuses on maintaining and preserving patients’ natural teeth in Periodontics. When Dr. Phil is not keeping and making beautiful smiles, you can find him at equestrian events “horsing around.” Dr. Josephs is married and has two wonderful children. He speaks English and Jamaican Patois.
