I had a great experience at this dentist. The staff are super sweet and will answer all questions you have. The dentist her self was super nice and friendly. Her and the staff did all they could to do for the health of my teeth. They made sure I knew what was going on and what the plan was. Also they were showing me all the X-ray's they took and what teeth had cavities. I would recommend them to anyone. The reviews on here are on point. But go see for yourself and have a great experience with them.

I was very unimpressed with taking the time with making an appointment online twice however being called and advised they weren't available times with the office. I also filled out the online history and physical application so when I arrived I could relax. When I got to the appointment the receptionist said she did get it however the DDS prefers paper so she knows what she is looking for. I was upset but did do it all again. Moving through my visit I was VERY impressed with the clinical staff. They took time to talk to me and walk me through what to expect. Phuong Nguyen came into the exam room with nothing but smiles. I'm little stressed for these appointments however they put me at ease. I was able to wear my headphones to listen to my spa music for more relaxation. The appointment ran late but they didn't rush me out the door. She took her time to go over all aspects of treatment and gave many options. I'm very impressed with the clinical staff at Emerson Dental. I will for sure be going back! Now hopefully they can get their online Appointments and history questionnaires figured out and their office would be perfect!

Very nice and enthusiastic. The assistant was super nice and passionate about her job. I was running 20min late to my appointment and they didn't have me reschedule. I was also called back within 2min of turning the paper work in.
