I am 51 years old and have seen my fair share of Dentist. Dr. Pratik Vakil is by far the most talented and professional I have ever experienced. From Cathy the receptionist and office manager, the wonderful and curtious staff to the Dr. himself, all are TOP NOTCH ! I had three crowns, bone graph and three implants placed. I could not be happier. Simply put, if you are looking for a Dentist, why not get the best !

Dr. Vakil is an experienced and compassionate dentist, using the latest technologies to provide excellent dental care. Dr. Vakil is a native Houstonian, having grown up in Cypress, Texas and attended Cypress Falls High School. He continued his education at the University of Texas, San Antonio where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Vakil received his dental degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA while also receiving his Masters of Medical Sciences at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Vakil performed his Dental Residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Vakil focuses on keeping up to date with all of the latest advancements in dentistry and medical technology, enabling him to practice at the highest level of dentistry and provide the highest quality of care in the field. His expertise ranges from the most challenging cosmetic and restorative dentistry treatments to the most complicated surgeries performed today. His continuing dental and medical practice education includes attendance at numerous symposiums and educational forums on implants, bone augmentation, orthodontics, full mouth reconstruction, sleep apnea, among many others.
When Dr. Vakil is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife and chasing around his twin niece and nephew. His hobbies include reading, traveling, and rooting for the Texans!

Dr. Vakil is tremendous. I have had two different dentist tell me that I would have to have dentures. Dr. Vakil gave me hope and a plan. He was able to fix my mouth without dentures. I am also terrified to go to the dentist. He made sure my mouth was completely numb. He worked efficiently and did all my work in one day. I am over the moon with the results. I have not smiled in years. My face hurts only from smiling from ear to ear again. Don't waist your time and money by going to any other dentist. If you want competency, efficiency coupled with a glorious, kind bed side manner, you have found it with Dr. Vakil.

Dr. Vakil and his staff were excellent!! I was able to book my appointment quick and Jennifer called to confirm the appointment. I had two implants placed and I can't believe how smoothly it went compared to the last time I had an implant placed. Dr. Vakil uses an implant guide to place the implant and it literally took him 15 minutes to place both implants!! Jennifer and Brenda broke everything down for me in terms of insurance and how much they would cover! I highly recommend this office, such a great experience! Thanks Smile 32!!

Dr. Vakil was awesome! Loved the fact that he took his time explaining any questions my husband and I had, rather than just being quick to rush us out. He was very honest with his diagnosis, and wasn't pushy to do work with him, which I loved! I will def be back to his office to get all my work done! My husband will be back again as well. And, I've already recommended him to 3 of my clients/friends as well. The only thing that turned me off a slight bit was two ladies in his office staff that sit at the front desk. They didn't greet, or even acknowledge me. And when processing payment info, and questions, wasn't thorough or really helpful. But despite that, I will still go back because I truly loved the service Dr. Vakil provided and seemed to go out of his way to accommodate us.

Dr. Vakil and his staff are amazing! Your comfort is their greatest concern. I was really nervous about having work done and they were incredibly patient and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! The procedure was done quickly and I experienced very little pain afterwards. They called the following day to make sure I was okay and wasn't experiencing any problems. I definitely plan to go back to this office and I would recommend them to anyone!

The receptionist, the dental assistant, and Dr. Vakill himself were all very polite and attentive. During my dental cleaning, Dr. Vakil would ask me every couple of minutes on how I was doing, so that really made me feel comfortable. Unlike other dentists I've been to, Dr. Vakil would let me know what needed to be done instead of doing it first and then asking questions later. The amenities (coffee, madeleines, bottles of H2O) at the waiting room were also a good bonus. I'll definitely be coming back, and I definitely recommend this office for sure.

Dr Vakil and Mrs Jennifer at the front desk were both a pleasure to meet when I had an emergency appointment. I booked an appointment through ZocDoc late in the evening and Dr Vakil confirm the appointment right away for an early appt the next day. Jennifer went above and beyond to try to help me workout my insurance situation since they were not in my network & she even phoned a few other offices to see if they had any open appts. She also advised me of a way to get a groupon deal for Dr Vakils office so I could just pay out of pocket to get seen right away without having to pay the usual out of pocket fee. Switching insurances so I can hopefully make their office my PCP! Highly recommend Smile 32!

My recent visit to Dr. Vakil was exceptional. Not only did Dr. Vakil and his team do a great job on routine work but also discovered potential problems and provided affordable options to resolve them as well as making sure they were immediately addressed. Dr. Vakil is super attentive and professional. His office and equipment comfortable and top notch. He takes a personal interest in the well being of his patients and I highly recommend him.

I LOVEEEEEEEEED it!!!! The office is beautiful, Jennifer in the front is amazing, and the Dr is a doll!! The best experience I've had at a dental office!! The massaging chair during the exam will make you forget you're getting your teeth done. Will send everyone I know there
