First time at this dental practice. I didn't realize it was a cosmetic dentistry office when I booked the appointment, so I was worried that they would try to sell me on a new set of teeth. But that didn't happen at all! They did a thorough intake and evaluation and made suggestions but didn't force anything.
The regular hygienist was out for the day, so Dr Chally personally cleaned my teeth- that was a first at a dental visit for me, and much appreciated! I had questions about my TMJ, and her colleague Dr. Page stopped in to address them right away. And her dental assistant was very patient and kind through a couple technical difficulties.
I also didn't feel patronized for my yellowing teeth and bleeding gums. First time I haven't gotten the flossing lecture, just gentle encouragement :)
Overall a pleasant experience. Like a spa day for your mouth :)

Staff was wonderful. Receptionist was very friendly, as well as Dr. Chally and Dr. Page. Both explained everything in great detail so I understood exactly what was going on.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent visit to Dr. Chally. The wait time was very long. The assistant did everything and it took her 45 minutes to an hour to perform a routine cleaning with minimal actual cleaning done. Of course when the doctor arrived, there were so many things that needed to be addressed with my teeth immediately and I was promised a follow up call as well as some prescription, which i never received. I have never come across such careless dental office and dentist. Will never go back there or recommend it to anyone! Too bad since it's so convenient!

Dr Chally is energetic and very efficient. Not only is she great at what she does, but she also has amazingly accommodating staff and innovative tools and technology. The office is conveniently located in downtown Boston, just a few minutes from South Station. I highly recommend this place-- for a dentist's office, it is quite the treat!
