“I was scheduled for my annual cleaning and only received X-rays and met the dentist. Very professional and had gentle touch but did not receive my cleaning as the hygienist was over booked. At check out to schedule the cleaning they had zero availability until January in the middle of the day that would not work for me. I feel my appointment was force when the office did not truly have an available booking. I will not be back. ”

Dr. Prematee Sarwan has been practicing dentistry for the past ten years. She was born on the beautiful Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Loma Linda University, where she graduated with honors.
Dr. Sarwan has extensive experience in the field of dentistry and prides herself on providing dental care for the entire family. She utilizes the latest technology to ensure that her patients receive the highest standards of dental care. Amazing!! I just moved to Florida and needed a new dentist. After throughly searching and reading comments, I’m glad I looked at Dr. Sarwan’s reviews. Spot on! She’s wonderful. Excellent at explaining what needs to be done, why, not pushy or trying to sell extras, fast and efficient. Most importantly, zero pain! I was amazed that I was fine after the anesthesia wore off. I drive over an out to go to this office and it’s well worth it!! Cindy my hygienist also did an amazing pain free deep cleaning. Entire staff is kind, helpful and amazing.

I've had two visits with Dr Sarwan and am extremely impressed with the entire staff here! If you are searching for compassionate, competent, and caring dental care, this is the perfect choice! I absolutely adore Dr. Sarwan and Cecilia. They are kind, patient and gentle. I feel they listen and take their time to ensure I understand every step of the process for my procedure. This office is amazing and staffed with wonderful people who are very knowledgeable and helpful from start to completion, even with insurance coverage and questions!

By far the best dental care I have every received! The staff is so nice and setting up appointments is easy. Dr. Sarwan is very thorough and ensures that I have a painless experience every time. I truly don't want to go anywhere else, and if you are in the Tampa area, this is the place to go!!

Excellent experience, Kelsey got me an appointment immediately with a critical issue, the staff and dentist (Dr Sarwan) were THE best!! Very caring and compassionate. Although my regular dentist could not see me for TWO weeks!! I highly highly recommend this dental practice for exceptional service.

Dr. Sarwan has to be one of the nicest, gentle and talented dentist ever! She listens to you on what you want done, and she explains to you everything she can do for you. She has a memory like no other. She remembers you and all your family members by first name. She has a great bed-side manner. Something that is important, since going to the dentist isnt usually something that you look forward to do. Her staff is also great. My new favorite assistant is Primise. She is super nice and personable. The office is clean and modern.

I had a great experience at Mystic Oaks Family & Cosmetic Dentistry as a new patient. They were very thorough in their evaluation and explained in detail every recommended procedure.
