I was absolutely blown away by the team at Rooted. After sharing my dental anxieties, Sam (the hygienist) was super kind, smart, and explained everything she was doing and gave me tips along the way. She made me feel super welcome despite all of my questions! She was very personable as well. The cleaning was thorough and the team came up with a good plan of attack for some of my issues. Dr. Nisha was also very kind, personable, and sharp. She explained her thought process behind her recommendation, which I really appreciated. Maria (and other receptionist, didn't catch her name) were so lovely as well. Explained what my insurance covered and my total damage. Everyone there seemed like they enjoyed working there which just tells you how great it is. Thank you Rooted for making someone who fears the dentist feel confident in their care team!

Dr. Patel grew up in the western suburbs where her family still lives. She earned her dental degree from Case Western University in Cleveland and did a general practice residency at Louis Stokes V. A. Hospital. She is dedicated to providing her patients with the best care possible and is delighted to be taking over a practice that has shown a commitment to open communication and working with patients in their best interest. She is a person of high integrity and sets high professional standards for the practice of dentistry. She is very kind, considerate and gentle and willing to spend the time with patients to see that they are comfortable.
In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys playing with her dogs, cooking, working out and is especially looking forward to traveling with her new husband.

After they treated me with my root canal and other things for 50% off, my major problem still not solved. However, no one cares about this and they send me to another clinic for treatment and said they don’t do any retreat.
Now my tooth is hurting so bad that my head started to pain. Notice this and get another place.

I have had a lot of root canals and that was by far the best experience I have ever had! It was completely painless from start to finish! The staff was attentive and put me right at ease. They worked out every single one of my questions patiently. Dr. Patel is truly talented and extremely pleasant. I will no longer have anxiety before going to the dentist now that I have found Dr. Patel and her team!

Such a great experience! Normally dentist offices are cold and empty leaving you to focus on the cleaning/drilling of your teeth. This office is comfortable and provides many distractions! Dr. Patel informed me of a cavity needing filling, but also pointed out a few that we can wait on rather than spending the money and time filling them now. I appreciate her honesty and great bedside manner.

I always have a good experience with Dr. Patel. She’s so kind and thoughtful in the way she speaks and always makes me feel comfortable. I had a small toothache and she quickly had X-rays done and I was in and out in 30 mins.

Dr. Patel and her team take a lot of the pain and discomfort out of going to the dentist. They were extremely accommodating when it came to my overall comfort — I had the option to watch Netflix or listen to music during my appointment, they carefully adjusted the chair to my liking and provided dark glasses to minimize the brightness of the overhead lighting.
During my cleaning and filling appointments, each team member explained every part of the process in detail, which made me feel much more comfortable throughout each procedure.
Dr. Patel is also just an extremely pleasant person — she's so friendly and made me feel very relaxed even when getting an injection. She also answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Perhaps most importantly, the quality of their work is amazing. My mouth feels so clean and healthy since my first appointment. I can't recommend this office highly enough!

Dr Patel and staff are all very professional, efficient, and caring. We are always seen at the appointment time, the procedures are thoroughly explained, and Dr Patel and staff work to ensure appointments are pain free. The office is new, with the latest equipment and preventative practices. In addition, we like that they can accommodate multiple family members at the same time. We highly recommend Rooted Dental Care!

Dr. Patel and her staff are lovely! Very professional, thorough, and walked me through every step of my appointment. They really took what I had to say into consideration and made sure I understood the plan of care for that day as well as upcoming necessary procedures. Her office and technology is modern and the patient is made aware of any analysis as the appointment goes along. Parking was easy and there was practically no wait once I arrived. I’m very happy to have found such a reliable dentist in the city!
