We are a full-service dental clinic that offers both general and specialized services. We offer preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for patients of all ages. We are dedicated to excellence, and aim to provide the best dental services in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Dr. Rachel Nguyen, D.M.D, grew up in Lakeland, Florida and attended University of South Florida and studied Microbiology and Biomedical Science. In 2006 Dr. Nguyen then went onto Nova Southeastern University of Dental School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr Rachel Nguyen graduated from Nova Dental School in 2011 and then moved to San Antonio. Since Dr. Nguyen been in San Antonio, she has been working and managing as an associate doctor. In her free time Dr Nguyen likes to travel, hike and volunteer.

Last i was there was about a year ago and decided not to return after I spent a day out of work to attend an apparent pick up of retainers that were never sent to manufacture. Their lack of professionalism, specially from staff and not strictly necessary from the doctor, turned me off from ever visiting this office again.

I have been coming here for a few years now. They have always punctual with appointments so there is very little wait in my experience. The staff is always very nice and Rachel is a good dentist.

I don’t know if she is a good dentist. I went there for a consultation and she said based on my X-rays I did not have issues. However, I have shooting pains in both lower jaws where a crown needs to be placed, and I’ve been told in the past that I have to watch those spots coz they were close to getting cavities.

I came to Dr. Rachel randomly after discovering I could be allergic to the mercury fillings that are still being used at my former dentist offices. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get my ugly silver fillings removed and replaced within 1 hour! I did not feel a thing! Great team she has there including the very nice receptionist, and her dental assistant. I am extremely impressed with the service and respect I received and actually look forward to coming to the dentist now!

I used ZocDoc to schedule this appointment for a routine cleaning only. I confirmed I only wanted a basic cleaning for my son on the phone and again when we entered the office for the appointment. The receptionist, who was very friendly and efficient, asked if we wanted x-rays. I explained that we are in the process of moving out of state and that I would be getting a new dentist, so we were just here for the cleaning. I did not want to waste the time nor the office's resources on the x-rays. I had to state this several times. Then the dentist, Dr. Nguyen, came into the reception area and asked if I wanted x-rays for my son. I explained to her the reasons why I did not, and I was very clear that I did not want xrays. She persisted a little bit too much for my comfort, but in the end said OK that she would not do them. When my son's appointment was over and we were driving away, he mentioned that he had x-rays done! I am very unhappy that Dr. Nguyen went against my direct orders not to take x-rays. It was very clear as I had to state it about 10 times that I did not want them. It is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional that she went against my wishes. Dr. Nguyen had no right to go against my wishes as a parent.
