Dr. Ram, has trained from New York University, College of Dentistry with Honors in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He was also the Chief Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Resident at New York University /Bellevue Hospital, Lenox Hill University Hospital, Manhattan VA Hospital and Tisch Hospital in NY. He was presented the Best Scientific Paper award at 1st World Cleft Congress, Zurich, Switzerland amongst other awards internationally.
Dr. Ram has a vast experience in all aspects of oral surgery from wisdom teeth extractions, to orthognathic and cleft lip- cleft palate surgery. He treats jaw fractures, TMJ disorders, places implants, does oral biopsies and is also able to provide services under IV sedation and general anesthesia in a hospital setting.
Dr. Ram has previously practiced oral surgery in India, United Kingdom, Pennsylvania and now moved to NJ. He lives locally with his wife, a Nephrologist and two sons, and loves sports in his free time.
