Front office staff was professional and friendly. Waiting area furniture is dated; several seats seemed dingy. Dental assistants were pleasant. The dentist, not hygienist, cleaned my teeth.

Everything was great aside from the wait - I came in for an appointment at 12:30 and waited until at least 1 to be X-rayed, then waited another 40 minutes or so to be seen by Dr. Maddali. He apologized for the wait, of course, and was very professional and efficient. The tooth-cleaner was also very kind and did an excellent job as did the receptionist. I have another appointment there in two weeks - more feedback to come!

Scheduled my appointment for my daughter and myself. Let his office know that we would be both get a cleaning and my daughter needed cavity filling...he refused to do my daughter's filling because he wanted to close the office early (with no advanced notice). I was told right before my daughter was going to receive her filling

I don't know who he is. No one told me their name. An old lady cleaned my teeth in 10 minutes which is too fast. The place is small n smells. Staff talks too much. I just wanted to be in n out. I would never go back. I regret getting fidelis because I had such great service with those who accepted the empire plan. I guess the more white people in the area, the better the service.

Dr Maddali is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very informative and understanding. He addressed every single one of my concerns Before, during and after the appointment. The staff and other dentists are all very courteous, helpful & friendly.

I recently needed urgent dental work and went to Dr Maddali's office. The staff was very helpful in accommodating me at short notice. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I never knew dental work could be done almost pain free. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends & colleagues.

I have been going to this dental office for the past eight years and can say that Dr Maddali is just the best dentist, very friendly, exceptional care & the treatment is without pain and always with excellent results. The staff and the dentist's and hygienist are wonderful to spend time with & make the cleanings a pleasure.
