The staff was very friendly and amazing.
The Dentist assisted me and help me understand all procedures that I needed. The staff followed up with me by phone with additional information to help me through my process.

I found the experience to be very strange but overall okay. His nursing staff are exceptional in there interaction with the patients. However, even though it was my first time in his clinic Dr. Silver never really took any time to meet me or discuss the reason I made the appointment. He just showed up to give me a shot to numb my mouth and that was it. Also, his male Dental Assistant has no bedside manner when it comes to apathy. In fact, I got the impression he goes about his job in a sadistic state (taking pleasure in whatever pain he can cause). But throughout the entire visit the rest of his staff made me feel at ease and confident in their abilities.
