That early experience gave her valuable perspective into patient care and sparked her passion for clear, compassionate communication in dentistry. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 2024. With a strong foundation built on both clinical expertise and patient-centered values, Dr. Hurtado is dedicated to bridging the gap between doctor and patient. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable, fully understand their treatment options, and are empowered to make confident decisions about their oral health. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hurtado enjoys traveling to new places, exploring different cuisines, and spending quality time with her dogs.
