I think my first time experience visit with Dr. Rihito Matsui was a very good one. He was very nice an attentive, as well as his assistant Danielle, she made me feel very comfortable. I am usually very anxious and nervous when faced with a dentist appointment. The experience for me has always been quite nerve racking. However, this time around it was not so, Dr. Rihito Matsui and his assistant work exceptionally well together to make your all around experience with them a pleasant one. And I left there happy for having choosen them as my new go to dental team all thanks to DocZoc!

The doctor and his team were very nice and welcoming. The cleaning wasn’t painful either. The only thing I would complain about would be the wait time. Between the x-rays and the actual cleaning Inwas here for a total of 3 hrs from entering to exiting the office.

Lovely doctor and office staff, and it was great to be able to make an appointment the day before. Sadly, I didn't pay attention to the warnings on here. The wait was grueling. Arrived at noon for a noon cleaning/checkup and didn't get out of there until after 2:15.

Very long wait! Not a good first impression. Dr. Matsui was nice enough but not sure if he is really concerned about giving best care & treatment plan.

The staff in the office are the best part of the experience and I don’t hold any of the negativity of my experience accountable to them. They were the only people who acknowledged that I was waiting for 3 hours for the doctor to see me for exactly 13 minutes. The doctor did not apologize for the wait, and did not even so much as floss my teeth. I feel like I waited three hours for someone to brush my teeth for me. Truly absurd. Would never go back.

The office waiting area was not accommodating for such a long wait, but the tech and dentist were really nice and gentle with my five year old after getting to the back.

I was super nervous about going to the dentist because I hadnt been in a long time but the process was very quick and easy, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the wait time was less than 20 minutes. I also appreciated how comfortable the dentists made me feel.
