Amazing experience! I'm very sensitive patient and my visit was very pleasant, yes, no pain at ALL even from injections. Never had that before. Dr. Rima provides exceptional service! Plus really warm and friendly environment. Just relax and watch 3D movies :)

It was annoying to have to fill out all the same forms I did online when I arrived at the office, especially when it wouldn't copy or autofill anything from what was already provided. Doctor Shaer is a great dentist though

I really enjoyed the entire experience at Dr. Shaer's office. The waiting room was enjoyable, the hygenists and staff were very friendly, and Dr. Shaer was very easy to talk to and ask questions.

I sat down and they offered me some really good coffee. I hadn't filled out the forms beforehand, so I had to sit and get those done. Less than two minutes after I handed them to reception, I was being called back!
Really great hygienist, doctor was nice, and all of the staff I met along the way was helpful. Highly recommended

She was absolutely amazing. Hands-down by very best experience at a dentist ever. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and was in alot of pain - she did the procedure quickly and was so very nice. Solved my problem right away and the office was wonderful! They made me a latte while I waited :)
