This is a well-organized and busy practice. I booked an appointment one day in advane, spent 20 minutes filling out forms online, got a confirmation call and follow-up messages, and was seen within minutes of arriving. The staff is busy, so I was left unattended for a couple of minutes at a time, but never rushed through my observation or questions. The staff offered to book me with an endodontist, but when I told them I had one I preferred, they made that easy too.

It was convenient. Filling out the paperwork ahead of the appointment was helpful with the wait time in the office. Being able to find available providers on one site is a plus. I liked that I was able to book an appointment for the next day.

I wasn’t seen by the dentist for my appointment, nor notified ahead of time that they wouldn’t be present for the appointment. Needless to say, I was disappointed at the non-communication by the frontline staff on this issue. I can’t recommend someone I haven’t seen, so I don’t know how to go about this review, other than to say that the hygienist was professional, thorough, and friendly. The frontline staff needs to review how to contact patients when there is a change to something, and make this right.

Well, the doctor did not cleaned my teeth that she should have done. I was bothered by 1 tooth that was almost coning out. She said it will come out itself. I wanted her to help me to take that tooth out, but she didn't offered. I was disappointed.

This office was great! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I was quite nervous but the dental hygienist and doctor both assured me that they would get me back on track. They both answered all of my questions, didn’t shame me for not having been in and gave me a clear plan for moving forward.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! I was given reminders via about my appointment, time, and location. When I first walked into the office, I was greeted by the front staff, and the office was overall very clean and neat. Because it's the dentist, of course I was nervous, not my favorite place. Everyone who I worked with was very comforting, asked if I had any questions or if I understood what they were explaining, VERY VERY compassionate. Lucie was my hygienist, very knowledgeable, gentle, and sweet. I then went with Cris to do radiographs of my teeth, and she was so comforting and made me feel so welcome. Dr. Sood was amazing! She explained everything to me, asked if I had any questions and was overall just amazing. Karla checked me out and printed everything out for me for my treatment plan. She was extremely compassionate, helpful, and so understanding. EVERYONE was absolutely AMAZING. Thank you for making my appt feel so comfortable and safe.

Could not recommend a dentist’s office more. The dental hygienist is amazing and has such a soft touch, I’ve never left this office with sore gums. Dr. Sood herself is also super kind and attentive and gives great advice. They are also very communicate and will often text you updates for your visit, which you can respond to and communicate directly with them through. It’s a pity it took me so long to discover this office, as I’m moving to Europe in a week. 10/10, would recommend.

My experience has been great so far! I have only gotten some fillings and a regular cleaning, but I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I can see why people fall asleep during their cleanings. They made sure I was alright and let me know each step of the way what was going to happen. The office felt very clean, was covid compliant, and everyone was very friendly. I actually look forward to coming back!

The most amazing experience I have ever had at the dentist! Dr Sood is amazing! She took care of a very complicated procedure for me and has the most up to date technology. They have a machine that makes crowns on the spot. If you are nice she will let you check out the machine while your tooth is being created!
