I had an appointment at 5:30 pm and had to take time off of work to go to the appointment. When I got there, they were closing and didn't have me in their schedule...without missing a beat, Dr. Baker and his assistant started putting everything back together and graciously took me anyway. Not once did I feel that they were rushed or my care was being compromised, even though they stayed an extra hour and a half to treat me! And to top it off, they were friendly and efficient. Love and will def be back!

Excellent appointment all around. Colleen (the receptionist and assistant) is very polite and efficient. The doctor was very thorough, checking 6 points on each of my 26 teeth for the depth around the gums (a gum disease indicator). Literally, he read out 26 x 6 numbers to Colleen who then entered notable numbers in the system. He gave me more feedback and information on dental care than I've received before. Admittedly I haven't been to a lot of dentists, but I prefer this experience over the one I had at a top dentistry clinic in Manhattan's Upper East Side.

I was very impressed by this office immediately when I walked in the door. I was greeted by Colleen who stood up, introduced herself, and shook my hand. This says a lot about a doc office or any office for that matter. Dr. Baker was excellent and very thorough. I will definitely recommend this office. Very friendly staff, professional and skilled. I felt very positive about this check-up and cleaning. I had no further problems with my teeth so no major work needed. He was very honest during the examination and told me what to look for if I started to have issues with my gums and teeth. Good experience.

Because Dr. Baker has a small (private) practice, he offers very personalized service. I am used to large dental offices/practices, with multiple dentists and huge client bases. It was a refreshing change. I liked him a lot!

That I was on time, and my appointment was not delayed is a + for me. It is a small practice, so it may strike some as being inadequate. Not true though. We spoke about my prior treatments, concerns, did a preliminary exam and then we talked some more, and then after we both agreed on the course of action, he proceeded with my appointment. He was thorough, informative, and easy to talk to. A good experience.........for a Dentist anyway!
