“At first, I was nervous about seeing a new dentist send that I just moved to Arizona, and like anyone else no one likes going to the dentist, but I take pride and caring for my teeth and I’m glad I chose this provider. Everyone made me feel welcome, both of my insurance were accepted, which made a big difference in the final cost of my bridge from the Front Desk staff, to the dental hygienist, and Dr. Katie. Everything was explained to me in a clear and concise manner and they took the fear out of going to the dentist. I’m glad I chose this office and I’m looking forward to returning for my follow up visit. Thank you again for a great and painless visit.

About Dr. Katie McDougall
Dr. McDougall loves the artistic and technical aspects of dentistry, but her favorite part is developing and fostering lasting relationships with her patients through a beautiful and healthy smile.
Dr. McDougall’s interest in dentistry stemmed from a childhood fear of the dentist and the desire to change the reputation of the field by making everyone comfortable in her dental chair. She wants you to feel heard and understood by providing you with a personalized treatment plan that is specifically catered to your needs and desires.
Dr. McDougall completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. McDougall continues to enrich her knowledge through continuing education courses in order to provide the highest quality of care.
Dr. McDougall comes to Family Care Dentistry with excitement and eagerness to provide all of her patients with the best dental experience possible.

She is amazing and so so kind. She always makes me feel so at ease, and you can truly tell she cares. I haven't been the best with oral hygiene, but she educates without shaming me.
Not only that, but the whole office is so friendly! Everyone I've encountered is so kind and helpful.
They even honored my insurance prices when it lapsed, and they helped me with affordable payment methods.
All of the visits I've had have been so amazing, I even referred my two sisters to her.
