We had previously seen Dr. Hines at his Westheimer location & had a wonderful experience. Today, at the Highway 6 location, we didn't feel the same way. Office ladies & dental assistant failed to exemplify excellent customer service - they were indifferent about our appointment, didn't welcome us....it felt somewhat barbaric. Dr. Hines is wonderful, although perhaps a bit overbooked today. The office did not even confirm our appointment until just a few hours before the appointment, although we scheduled it just under 48 hours before day - and when they did call to confirm, they switched the appt. to an hour earlier - said they didn't have appointments at 5 pm! Well, why was that time slot listed on ZocDoc then?? We have been waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes following our appointment, waiting for a prescription. NOT impressed. Love Dr. Hines but it seems we will go somewhere else for our major dental work.

Dr. Hines was great. I had not been to the dentist in 13 months because the last one I went to ripped me off so bad. Dr. Hines complimented the job I was doing taking care of my teeth and didn't try to push any other services on me.

I LOVE Dr. Hines & staff! So sweet, patient & informative. I usually hate dentists but this office is the one exception! I was very, very impressed with them - even if they did have to yank a tooth, which always sucks but they made it manageable. Would highly recommend!

Great Dentist both with me and my kids. He explains everything before he does it. He is very gentle and the whole staff is very quick and professional. They do everything they can to get you in as quickly as possible. They really seem to care.

The dentist and assistant were great but, the billing lady was not so good!!! They didn't have any toothbrushes, toothpaste or floss to give you either. I would recommend the dentist but, with a different staff!
