Dr Walley and team listened to my history and asked clarifying questions about my current care. I wasn’t expecting the gamut of tests, but once it was all explained, it made so much sense. I left with a plan of attack and hope of a great smile going forward. Seeing the successful transformation of others made all the difference.

I was unceremoniously removed from the dentist chair...after being treated and x-rayed due to a glitch in a system not showing my dental benefits. I was not given a moments chance to prove otherwise and was embarrassed and released.
The receptionist showed extreme prejudice and lack of patience or empathy during this situation which could have been resolved had she allowed a mere 3 mins.

I visited this dentist three times and the procedures themselves were satisfactory and the staff were excellent. The reason I left is this dentist told me to “get a rich boyfriend or husband” so that I could afford a procedure from him (which I can easily afford, but he assumed otherwise). To assume that I am not a self-sufficient woman who is trying to make financially responsible decisions as a business owner, but instead a girl who needs a sugar daddy, is deeply offensive. If you are dentist/doctor/service provider of any kind, don't treat your lady customers like bimbos, whether you think they're one or not.

Anytime I visit Dr. Wally's office it is a pleasure. He has done a wonderful job of restoring my oral health and teaching me best practices to maintain it. I truly value our provider and patient relationship. His entire office is welcoming and like family.
