Dr. Roham Rafat grew up in Timonium, Maryland and is excited to be returning to the northern Baltimore County area with his wife, Dr. Ashley Izadi.
Dr. Rafat is one of the leading dentist in Baltimore. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology, and holds certificates in Advanced General Dentistry, Periodontology, and Implant & Periodontal Prosthodontics.
He believes that oral health is an invaluable part of overall health, and educates his patients on the link between inflammation in the mouth and elsewhere in the body. Dr. Rafat is proud to have been voted as one of Baltimore’s Top Periodontists by Baltimore Magazine.
Dr. Rafat stays updated on recent developments in dentistry by volunteering in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Maryland Dental School. In his free time, he enjoys running around after his two children and two dogs with his wife.
