I had waited about a hour and a half just to see the doctor. Apparently there was lack of communication but the doctor apologized and accomodated me well. I will see this doctor in the future.

From my last comment this visit was to redo the filling done rite here that fell out, also the tooth that the dentist grind while she was doing crown prep. Well 1st off she checked the tooth & said she will have to fill the gap between #2 tooth which had the rooth canal & my wisdom tooth. Well she redid the filling on the left that fell out & made new Appointment to fill gap @ wisdom tooth. Went to the next Appointment a week later & the dentist grind & filled the tooth infront of the #2 tooth wisdom tooth was never touched. I did not realize until i went to eat later that evening. Today is April 2nd & the filling that was redone fell out today for the second time. Just made an Appointment with a new dentist. I am definetly not going back here again. I give them the benefit of the doubt before but now i feel like everytime i go here my teeth are being destroyed.

I went for pain in dec 2k18 on right side upper (broken tooth). I received filling on left side & appointment for root canal. Root Canal job was perfect done by a specialist. I complained to the doctor about filling done in december that it hurts when i chew on that side. She said ok give it time to heal. Went back few days later for doctor to look at the filling instead she did crown prep & grind the tooth behind the rooth canal tooth. When I went back to do crown jan 31st i complained about filling again & the tooth that the doctor grind she said it's ok not exposed. Now today feb 26th I am here again the filling fell out on left side & the other side food keeps getting stuck between root canal tooth & other tooth which the doctor grind. So my gum hurts. As of now its difficult to eat i have to chew with my front teeth it sucks.

Poor service, cleanliness, organization and professionalism. The dental cleaning was done incorrectly and only partially. I had water spewing on my clothes and face. X rays were taken of a few teeth instead of my full mouth. X ray machine was left near my face after the woman left the room and another person came in to do my cleaning over again. The entire time, no one explained what they were doing and why. Worst dentist office I’ve ever been too! Please don’t go here if you have options.

Pretty bad appointment overall. I didn’t have to wait long, but they barely looked at my teeth, did the shortest cleaning ever, and spilled water all over my face. The dentist spoke about 2 sentences to me and then said to come back in 6 months. I will not go back.

This place was terrible. My fist appointment was a consultation to get my wisdom tooth removed because I was have a lot pain and my cheek was swallen. We had to wait for the insurance to approve the surgery, but they denied it because there was missing information form the dentist. I don't know if they did sent it or the insurance just didn't get it but doctor sent it out again and it was approve. I called to make sure that my appointment was still on and they said that the doctor had an emergency. In addition my brother came to this dentist and had an issue and he was trying to reach the doctors but he had and an emergency. At first was understanding life happens and reschedule my apointmet for two or three weeks later. I call the dentist a day before my apointment to see if what I need to do. The receptionist told me that I didn't have an appointment and that my insurance did not approve when I clearly have a letter that say it did. To add all this the doctor no longer come in on Saturday. I don't understand why couldn't they call me when they decided to change their schedule for I wouldn't have to waste my time and find a different doctor.

I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment , despite showing up on time. None of the paperwork filled out on Zocdoc appeared at the office. She ignored the fact that I said I had persistent pain. She also ordered for work to be done on perfectly fine teeth even though the teeth that did hurt were overlooked and ignored.

Her front staff was not very friendly. She is a very nice doctor but i didnt feel she was thorough in my cleaning. Said i didnt need a deep cleaning.. Yet i havnt been to a dentist in more than two years. Did not make any sense. I am very unhappy with my visit.

I am very happy with this dentist. I love the staff I've never waited for more than 5 minutes to go into the treatment room. I definately will never go to a different office. Dr. Ghaffari cares greatly for the patient's well being.

My family has been seeing Dr. Ghaffari for over 10 years. I would characterize her approach as very conservative. She looks out for her patients best interests in their dental health while not promoting the most radical, expensive treatment. They are very commited to the patient relationship and to giving excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
