Dr. Menezes takes the time to explain every procedure in as much detail as wanted. He has a great bedside manner and doesn't at all seem rushed. He is rather soft spoken, which is a positive as a visit to the dentist is sometimes stressful. (Mine was as I was in a lot of pain when I first went in.)
All the staff I encountered were quite friendly, pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed talking to them on my second visit when I wasn't in terrible pain. ;-)
The facilities and equipment seem to be slightly less than new, but they do the job. The Doctor and staff more than make up for this.

This dentist was horrible! The office is not well kept, the staff is unprofessional, the dentist addresses only what he wants. He doesn't listen to your concerns or address them either. He literally didn't do not 1 thing and just glanced in my mouth for 30 seconds...a horrible dentist!
