I had a 12:30 PM appointment as a new patient and arrived at 12:00 PM to handle paperwork. The first receptionist took my ID and insurance card and told me, “Someone will be right with you.” I waited nearly 30 minutes until another staff member called me at 12:25 PM, saying they hadn’t received my paperwork. Confused, I explained I had submitted everything through ZocDoc, but they dismissed it and sent me a lengthy form to complete—something that could have been addressed when I arrived early.
I quickly filled out the form in 10 minutes but had to retrieve my ID and insurance card to complete sections. This disorganization showed a lack of training or care. By 12:50 PM, I decided to leave, frustrated that my efforts to be proactive were wasted.
This office is poorly managed, with no respect for patients’ time. New patients deserve clear communication and efficient service—not confusion and delays. I won’t be returning.
