About Dr. Mahkameh Soleimani-Farnad
Dr. Mahkameh Soleimani-Farnad was licensed to practice dentistry in California in 2003 and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California. She was the recipient of an award for achievement of excellence in education and graduated with recognition on the dean’s list. Dr. Soleimani is also certified to offer ClearCorrect Orthodontics.
In many ways, Dr. Soleimani is a dental artist. Her passion for art began long before she started her dental practice and is something she has carried into her dentistry.
Both a pianist and a painter, she has the talent to create functional dental restorations that are pleasing to the eye. Her incredible attention to detail and commitment to excellence provide each patient with the optimum dental care they can depend on.

Dr. Soleimanib and her staff are always attentive and sweet. Very empathetic as well. I have a fear of dental work and she's made it very bearable. During one of my fillings the numbing wasn't working and she kept making sure I wasn't in pain at all every time she had to inject me. She was patient and kind. Would definitely recommend her.

Iwas told that I was in network on Zodoc drove all the way there upon arriving was told I wasn't in the network and my insurance was not excepted.
It would probably be good to call ahead and not trust online appointments,if your a new member

My experience was fabulous from the time I walked in to the time I left.
They were very accommodating and thorough. I left feeling taken care of and confident in my cleaning. I also got a night guard to help with grinding my teeth. They took AI imaging that shows exactly where and how much you grind your teeth. Very cool.

Incompetent front desk staff. Dentist tries to sell every patient a ridiculously expensive mouth guard without even saying she sees signs of teeth grinding. Billing practices are also opaque. The dentist completely ignored a glaring cavity that I had to go to another dentist to get fixed.
This wasn't the worst dentist I went to but I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone else check it out.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited 90 minutes to be seen (honestly that’s my bad I should have left but they gave me no indication it would be that long). At the 80 minute mark the dentist acknowledged they were short staffed and had had some emergencies. I was so nice about it! I made sure to tell the dentist I had a hard-out, asked if we needed to reschedule but she assured me I’d make it. 10 min later they brought me back. 20 minutes of X-rays. Dentist finally shows up and starts selling me a custom mouthguard which, fine but I just explained to her I’m here for a cleaning and I have 15 minutes before I have to walk out the door. So she rips around my gums for fifteen minutes, which is painful bc plaque removal done in a rush is far from ideal. The assistant who sounded miserably sick the whole time I waiting was brought in to polish my teeth at the end. I had to verbally force my way out 10 minutes late, feeling weird about the whole thing. Won’t be back.

I had a great experience with Dr. Soleimani-Farnad. She was very thorough in explaining causes and solutions to a new issue and provided lots of guidance for how to avoid having the same issue in future. She has a great bedside manner as well.

The dentist was fine but was late for multiple appointments. The office layout is such that one of the two exam rooms (which are both a little small), is open to the waiting area and while people waiting can't see you in the exam room they can hear everything. I expected a little bit more considering the location of the office itself.

Fantastic visit. I typically get very anxious going to the dentist due to previous terrible experiences elsewhere, but everyone here was so attentive, patient, and kind! This visit was the first time I’ve felt my providers care about my oral health and as such, it makes me care a ton more too!

The team made sure that I knew about any copays beforehand and the doctor was very thorough. She made sure my teeth were numb enough before the deep cleaning and get me an antibiotic to help heal my gums. I’ve never been more happy to be at the dentist until today.

I should have taken advantage of filling out paperwork online before going, the longer wait time was due to them checking my insurance beforehand. However, I'm grateful they did, because heaven forbid they start treating you without you being covered!
Overall a lovely experience, will go back in six months for another cleaning.
