Dr. Saddia Patton grew up in New York City and has been serving the Brooklyn community since 2007. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the State University of NY at Stony Brook. Thereafter, she obtained a DDS degree from NYU College of Dentistry, where she also served as Clinic Representative.
In addition to her education, Dr. Patton completed a dental residency at Long Island College Hospital. During her residency, she acquired skills in comprehensive dentistry which include restorative, pediatric, endodontic, periodontic, oral surgery, and esthetic dentistry.
After her residency, she went in to private practice, as well as, part-time attending dentist for residents in Cobble Hill Nursing Home. To keep on top of her industry, Dr. Patton is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association and the Second District Dental Society.
Dr. Patton enjoys the relationships she builds with her patients. Being comfortable with your dentist is important and her warmth and generosity make it easy.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, jogging, listening to music and exploring all the cuisine and culture NYC has to offer.

Dr. Saddia is great. The usual Netflix tv wasn't working when I went for my last cleaning but Dr. Saddia is so gentle and quick that it went by super fast and painlessly. She doesn't use anesthesia for cleanings, and she doesn't need to as she has a very gentle hand. Thanks Dr. saddia, I'm glad I have such a friendly and great dentist.

Dr. Saddia is the best dentist I've ever had! She is incredibly kind, non-judgemental, professional and skilled. Going to the dentist usually conjuers up anxious vibes for me, but with Dr. Saddia, she put me at ease right away. I initially consulted her for jaw pain, and got a new mouth guard that is working wonders. The jaw pain is significantly reduced and I am sleeping better. I also saw Dr. Saddia for a full cleaning and fillings. Professional, clean office, and nice staff all around!

Dr. Patton is super kind and a professional, the exact type of person to trust when dealing with your oral health. While she is kind she will not sugarcoat the truth when you need to perhaps floss or brush better or more often.

Saddia had to do a cavity filling and had me out the door 20 minutes after arriving! The offices don't feel so "dentisty" which, at least for me, causes that pre-dentist anxiety.
Downtown Dental is extremely recommended!

I've been going to Dr. Patton for a few years, and I love her practice. She's thorough and professional and great at explaining what's going on. The office is very comfortable and if you don't have dental insurance, they have affordable options for paying out of pocket.

Dr Patton is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend.
As somebody who suffers from anxiety when visiting the dentist, Dr Patton was calming and communicated everything she was about to do so I didn't have any surprises.
Her dental assistant and receptionist are super sweet and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door.

I had a good experience overall and I definitely felt that my questions and concerns were answered. It's clear that Dr Patton enjoys what she does and seeks to provide patients with nothing but excellent cafe. Looking forward to being under her care for years to come. The wait to be seen wasn't as long as other places I've gone to in the past. I would say I waited between 10-15 mins before the start of my appointment but as a new patient I expected that.

I hadn't seen Dr. Patton in about a year (I know, not good!), but when I arrived, she had already pulled up my chart AND had Friends playing on Netflix, which I had been watching last time. Talk about considerate! She was very helpful in getting what I needed, and I was out in less than half an hour.

Highly professional. Great bedside manner. Better than other dentists I've been to. She discusses everything with you before she performs the work. Her office is very comfortable so your at ease. Not to mention the exam room chairs are equipped with netflix so you can watch whatever floats your boat. I've been a patient for a few years.

Dr. Patton is always pleasant and takes the time to explain what she sees during her exams and cleanings. Her office has a warm environment and you can always distract yourself with netflix while waiting or getting work done. I highly recommend her for your next visit to the dentist!

Saddia is a great and attentive doctor. Her office is very clean and modern! You can watch your favorite shows while finishing up your procedures. She listens to you and goes over all of the essential details!

We turned to Dr. Patton when my oldest daughter needed her rear molar extracted from a bad cavity. Our regular pediatric dentist couldn't get my daughter calm enough even after using laughing gas. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Patton and I'm glad she did. Dr. Patton was extremely calm and patient with my daughter and was finally able to extract her tooth after about 20 minutes of coaxing and a good dose of "My Little Pony" on the TV screen. My daughter just loved talking to her.
Dr. Patton doesn't accept my dental insurance. My dental plan kind of sucks, however they do partially reimburse for out of network dental work. I printed out the forms online and Dr. Patton's staff took care of the rest and I got my reimbursement check a month later.

I always look forward to going to see Dr. Saddia -- how many people can say that about their dentist?! She is friendly, welcoming, and I never have to wait like you do for most New York doctors/dentists. I highly recommend her for anyone -- adults, families, etc.

Dr. Saddia and her staff were extremely gentle, professional, and focused on the best patient treatment.
The office is new so all of the dental equipment is state-of-the art!
The Netflix and streaming music was also something I hadn't seen at my previous dentist. Glad I found this practice!
