Dr. Khaleel is always gentle, flexible, and patient with my mountain of anxiety. She did a lot of problem solving with me today, and I walked away with three pieces of knowledge I'd never heard before. I've LOVED all of Apple Dental since starting there less than a year ago.

Great if you don’t have any major issues. I had extensive work that needed to be done including a deep cleaning that I was told would be done same day. I was being pressured to spend thousands on dollars that day to schedule upcoming appointments that couldn’t be done until the new year. I tried to take some time to do the math and see what I could actually afford and when and the team was dismissive to my questions and concerns, telling me all the work needed to be done now (again, even though the next appointment I could get wouldn’t be for at least a week or two). By the time I figured it out a few mins later the team had moved on, leaving me without any kind of cleaning beyond a polish. I had to press them to get the antibiotics prescription the doctor said I needed (which she was about to not give me at all if I hadn’t asked for something to help with my infection in the meantime), no one gave me directions for what to do next, and I didn’t receive any kind of follow up info or call. Again, great for basic needs but terrible for major issues.

I trusted Dr. Safa right away. I liked her energy and persona. I just moved here and I loved my former dentist, so I was leery; but I am thrilled!

This was a really poor experience. I had gone in for a routine check up/clean up. On the day of the appointment, I got messages from Zocdoc saying that my appointment was at 6:30pm and messages from the clinic saying my appointment was at 6pm. When I called to confirm, they said it was 6pm and since I was going to be to 10 minutes late (6:10pm), they could not do a cleaning for me.
After that it was mostly a sales pitch with the assistant dentist informing me about an issue, the doctor coming in to reinforce that and then finally a financial representative discussing my very costly options with me. She also mentioned that although the procedure takes several sittings, they'd be able to finish it all in one sitting (I had mentioned that I had a busy schedule with a lot of traveling).
Overall, I did not find the dentists very trustworthy and did not get a cleaning done (the original reason I had gone in for). Would not recommend.

Every staff member was amazing, patient, professional and kind.
Doctor Safa, as they fondly address her is top notch.
She was honest and thorough, just like the wonderful hygienist, and made completely sure I fully received and understood her diagnostic information and had a chance to give my own feedback and express any concerns.
My only minor complaint was they did not remember to address another issue I asked about when scheduling the appointment but perhaps that message was not relayed to the dental practitioners.

Great experience. She explained each of the procedures and the reasons for them. She also took pictures and explained what I was looking at so I could better understand what (if any) work should be done. The office staff was also wonderful...I will come back.

My whole visit was absolutely terrific. Everyone in the office was very helpful and kind. Dr Khaleel was very professional and extremely friendly. I had to have a procedure that I have been terrified of for a while, but she explained everything and put me at ease. I am so happy I went there and really pleased with the results.

Dr. Khaleel is incredibly careful to avoid any discomfort you might be having during a procedure. She carefully explains what she is doing and she is very patient. I had an inlay done and I felt absolutely no pain after the anesthetic injections because she had waited for the anesthetics to set in properly! Dr. Khaleel is thorough and meticulous with her work. I recommend her completely.

Overall I had a good visit. I got a routine cleaning, along with some photographs of my mouth. Dr. Khaleel was professional, and after my examination the team followed up with a good explanation of my treatment plan and cost breakdown.
The service of the secretarial staff could be improved. Upon checkin I didn't receive my paperwork to fill out and sign until the doctor was ready to see me. Also, I was already in my doctor consultation before they realized I hadn't even received a medical history form.

I thought Dr. Safa was great, she explains and recommend the best treatment for the pt. Office staff is very professional and helps answer any financial questions, I highly recommend Apple Dental for all your dental needs.
