Dr. Patel was extremely friendly and took the time to explain things in a way that I have not seen from other dentists. The office staff was incredible - helpful and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone who may be nervous about visits to the dentist - their kind and gentle professionalism will put you right at ease!

I thought he was very helpful. He seems to really know what he is talking about. I can tell he is an honest man and he knows his proffesion like any good artist. My feeling I good about this dentist . He made me feel very comfortable and he seemed to actually care . A+ so far on this doc

Dr. Sajit Patel was born in London, England before moving with his family to Southern California in 1996. From 1997 to 2000, he attended California Lutheran University before going on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. From 2005 to 2006, Dr. Patel worked toward his Certificate of Residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, California.
After spending time with several different practices after graduation, Dr. Patel bought the Aliso Smiles practice in Aliso Viejo, California. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), Orange County Dental Society (OCDS), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS). While at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, he won the Deans Award of Student Teaching. He is very active in continuing education and makes it a priority to stay on the cutting edge of current technology, procedures, and literature in order to provide the best care possible to his patients.
He was inspired to become a dentist by his uncle, a wonderful dentist in his own right and role model for Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel enjoys that there is an artistic component to dentistry, as dentists use their hands to sculpt more beautiful, healthy teeth. He wanted to be involved in a helping profession and provide a valuable service to his community. He enjoys helping his patients and gets great satisfaction from his work, continuing to find dentistry both challenging and interesting.
Some people dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Patel has the ability to turn their opinions around. His patients actually look forward to coming in!
