Dr. Partovi grew up in the Midwest area of Southern Illinois, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D) at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Graduating dental school in 1994, he continued his education by completing and additional two year residency, concentration on full mouth rehabilitation. After a few years of practicing dentistry in Illinois, he relocated to Las Vegas to be closer to his family.
Dr. Partovi enjoys establishng long term relationships with his patients and working with a great team, which includes his wife Mahnosh who is a dental hygienist. When not at the office, he enjoys running, biking, eating out, watching football, and camping with his family in Zion National Park. Most of all he appreciates spending time at home with his wife and daughter. Dr. Partovi keeps up with continuing education in the latest dental technology and advancements. He has been voted TOP DENTIST 2012 by the Las Vegas Review Journal and Desert Companion.

Happily surprised! I am a new patient. He and his staff are so friendly and yet professional. No waiting at all and he actually had time after his consultation to fix a broken filling. Painless shot and very fast drilling and filling--all done! Highly recommend this doctor.

I liked him right away! I am a new patient and when I got to his office for the consultation he met me in the waiting area. His questions and exam put me at ease and he was very thorough. Fortunately for me there had been a cancellation for his wife, the hygienist, and she was able to give me a complete scaling and polishing too. She was terrific and totally retaught me how to brush my teeth correctly--and I'm 63! I'll definitely be a regular patient at Desert Smiles--I was made very comfortable by them.

Everyone is so wonderful and I appreciate all of you!! Thank you again!! I have a huge fear of dentists! The team here were extremely patient with me explaining what they were going to do with each and every step and was sure to continually ask if I was ok..

I used to be afraid to go to the dentist. I had major anxiety about the thought of going. After the first visit here, I am now excited to go to the dentist. They have completely gotten me over my fear. These are the kind of people made for this industry. Perfection.

Amazing! Everyone was so nice to me! It's always scary going to a new dentist, but this doctor and his staff we so kind and gentle! I can't wait for my 6 month cleaning! :)
