Dr. Vivi Dang-Roberts graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1994 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. "Dr. Vivi" has a great love for dentistry and enjoys going to work and seeing patients every day. She is gentle, caring, and compassionate, treating all her patients like family members. She loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys motorcycle rides and playing tennis. Working out is a way of life for her, and she really enjoys eating out (some would say she is a foodie). She also enjoys singing and dancing. Family values are very important to her. Some would say she works hard, but if you ask her, because she loves and is passionate about what she does, she doesn’t work a day in her life.

I thought I scheduled Preventative Care, which to me would have been Grayson and a cleaning. Instead, I got standard trays fir a new patient, additional trays, an estimate for an implant (which I said from the onset of the appointment I was not interested in at this time), and a referral for Invisalign. No cleaning. I had to contact the office to return, again, for a cleaning appointment, and miss additional work. I felt the focus was on the upsell, and not on my present care needs.

Very friendly and effective customer service. The doctor was great and gave me the right advice on my oral health. Very efficient visit. The only thins is that I was not told they only do cleaning on Sunday-Tuesday. I went on a Thursday. So I have to go back Sunday to do my cleaning.

WE HIT A HOME RUN WITH THE PICK OF THIS DENTIST OFFICE. AFTER LEAVING ALL OF OUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS IN OUR OLD STATE AND MOVING TO LAS VEGAS, FINDING GOOD HEALTH CARE WAS PRIORITY ONE. THIS DENTIST OFFICE MADE US FEEL WELCOME, IT SEEMED LIKE WE WERE GOING THERE FOR YEARS. NOTHING WAS A SURPRISE THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO TO CARE FOR OUR TEETH AND DID NOT PRESSURE US TO DO UNNECESSARY SERVICES. DR VI, POLLY, DAY, KELLY, JENA AND STEPHANIE ARE GREAT THE WORKED LIKE A WELL OILED ORGANIZATION.

I feel safe the whole time. Staff seems very knowledgeable, and very caring. The coordination and fluidity of actions amazing. The dentist is professional. She made me feel at ease from beginning to end, she’s gentle not rough and very caring. I feel very safe in their care.

Each time I’ve been to a doctor and a dentist the staff is very rude but here I loved how sweet and quick the front staff was. Not only is the dentist my biggest fear since my past experiences but they calmed me down a bunch !

Clean , lovely environment. I was in a decent amount of pain when I went in and the took great precaution to get it addressed today.
All of my procedures where explained thoroughly. Speaking with the office team to go over my options made me feel at ease and not at all pressured to do everything at once. It has been the best dental experience I have had in years.

There was lack of communication, clarity and misleading information. The appointment I went in for ended up with more than was discussed and I never received the basic care that I needed, where they asked me to go on a highly expensive financial plan and refused to give me a basic annual check up and cleaning. In addition, there was lack of hygienic practices, with the hygienist failing to wash their hands before moving on to my needs, and the technology needed multiple scans with failing technology in order to be able to properly scan my teeth. I can’t say I have ever had an experience like this, and although I don’t think it reflects the office as a whole, the staff was very friendly, I also don’t think it was a positive or professional experience and that writing this review hopefully ensures a more harmonious environment and experience for patients who are looking for the right care and better quality treatment and avoid malpractice.

Great visit! Very friendly staff especially front desk! The sweetest lady was so kind to my boyfriend & I- he went to get some stuff checked out cause he was in pain while I maybe slept a little bit in the (very clean btw) office lobby haha.

No one told me u don’t clean teeth, I was told u didn’t clean teeth all I wanted was a cleaning but got everything but. I left in middle of process after learned I couldn’t get what I came for. I had been to my dentist in dallas for 30 yrs. He told me my teeth were in good shape but the $ churner wouldn’t listen if I had been cleaned I might had trusted dentist more but she told me I had so much wrong it was I had never been to dentist in my life. It’s not a dentist it’s called a $ churner I’m 77 I’m not going to replace my whole mouth at this age I’ll have to find someone who will cleane my teeth even if I have to fly to dallas. I doubt u will post this.

Went in for a cleaning and they wouldn’t do a regular cleaning because I evidently required a deep cleaning.
The staff had already decided that based on how long I said it’d been since I’d been to the dentist, not based on anything else. I had already voiced my concerns about being pressured into doing a deep cleaning, but they didn’t hear it. Before I’d even finished the exam they were talking about getting me signed up for their insurance partners, after I’d said i didn’t have dental coverage. From the time I walked in they had a very “our hands are tied with this kinda stuff” attitude and I didn’t feel like I had any choice in the matter. At the end of the day, they’re my teeth, and if a regular cleaning is all I can afford, then I should be able to get that without being given the run-around about how only a deep cleaning could be done; especially not from the moment I walked into the office. On top of all of that I felt judged for not going to the dentist more often.
