I hadn't been to the dentist in over ten years because of my fear my doctors, but Dr. Shapiro helped me forget about that really quick! And her staff is great. The space is a bit small and shared by other practices, you just have to walk to the back to find it. But they were more than helpful and professional.

Initially I was super nervous about the office because it is small and the chairs are in the middle of the hallway but Stephanie was great and the assistant was wonderful and dr Shapiro was great . I love doctors who love what they do and who’s honest and my appointment was at 10 both me and my mom was out by 11am . She’s wonderful

The hygenist that cleaned my teeth (male) spent about 3 minutes doing so, roughly. There was still plaque on my teeth. Dr. Shapiro came in and assigned another hygenist (female named Rosa) to reclean them. She did a great job. If you go in, insist on Rosa if you actually want your teeth cleaned.

The dental hygienist, a man, who cleaned my teeth was terrible. But Samantha Shapiro was great - kind, helpful, and intelligent. The guy who cleaned my teeth (I don’t know his name, he didn’t introduce himself) was awful. To clean my front teeth he kept squeezing and pulling my lower lip away from my teeth with his fingers - I’ve never had a dental hygienist do that. He kept jamming the water vacuum into my mouth - he was really rough but also clumsy and just didn’t seem to care. At one point the vacuum was falling down my throat so I took it out myself and said it’s going in too far and he just continued to clean my teeth while I held it. It was bizarre. At one point he briefly used my nose as a support for his hand. It was just absolutely the worst. At the very end he roughly flossed some of my teeth with a plastic (children’s brand) flosser. It felt rushed and awful. I’d give this place less than 1 star based on him - but then Ms. Shapiro came in and was fantastic. So I’m not sure how to rate this because I loved her but the cleaning was so bad. I couldn’t go back there knowing I might get that guy again.

Dr Shapiro is tops. She is extremely patient. I am typically a nervous patient but I am extremely calm in her care. She takes the time to explain what is happening, and walks through the procedure step by step. I am extremely thankful that I found such an amazing dentist. Highly reccomend.

Dr. Shapiro was phenomenal and supplied the upmost professional service. It was my first time visit at her office, as a new client and made sure to answer any questions with care and comforting approach. I went for my annual cleaning and can say with confidence, that they truly took their time to clean my teeth thoroughly and fine tune anything that needed adjustments. 12/10 would highly recommend!
