I have seen Dr. Ekhlassi several times now. My husband and I both see her and she is always wonderful. It is very obvious that she cares about her patients and their comfort and care are her upmost priorities. But it it not just her that has us returning. The whole entire office is friendly and personable. I cannot imagine ever leaving this office.

Dr. Ekhlassi has been living in Houston since she was three years old. She attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Following dental school, she was accepted to complete a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. In her residency, she treated medically complex patients in hospital and clinical settings.
Dr. Ekhlassi then began practicing dentistry in three of the five boroughs of New York City. After working in New York, she decided to return to her hometown in Texas to work side by side with her mother, Dr. Alvandi and her sister Dr. Sara Ekhlassi.
In her free time, Dr. Sanaz Ekhlassi loves spending time with friends, travelling, sewing, painting, ice skating, live music, and working out.

Every time I see Dr. Ekhlassi she is beyond amazing! She makes me feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor which makes me at ease. I am not a fan of going to the dentist because I have pretty sentivie teeth, but with her she makes things as easy as possible. I love that she lets you know what's going on and when they are almost done. She also frequently asks if you are okay so her bedside manner is fantastic. I will never go anywhere else as long as she's around! My husband and I both think she's outstanding!!

My first time meeting her she was very friendly and through. She explained what she was doing so I didn't feel uncomfortable waiting while she looked at my teeth. I got to see the layout of my teeth and marked in red were any issues we needed to address. This visual was a huge bonus so I knew exactly what Dr. Ekhlassi was saying and which tooth she was referring too! Everyone in the office was nice and they really knew what they were doing.

my appointment was at 3 but i was asked to come in early if possible since they are running behind. I made my work arrangements and was there at 11:30. they were still running behind. I was there for an exam (first visit) and a cleaning. it wasn't till 1:30ish that i finally met the doctor and she was clearly running behind and trying her best to catch up. She briefly did my assessment and proposed a treatment. When i asked how much longer it will be till the cleaning, i was told about 2 more hours. that would have been a total of 4+ hours for exam and cleaning. a bit ridiculous. i had to reschedule my cleaning for next week. no one deserves to be taken advantage of like that.
