I have had 3 appointments at this office. The 1st visit I waited close to an hour to be seen. This appointment I was asked to change my appointment from 2 PM to 1PM, which I did. Knowing I then would not be able to go to lunch with golf buddies. I showed up on time at 1PM, but was not seen until 1:40 PM.... PLENTY OF TIME TO HAVE LUNCH. WHY DID THE DENTIST OFFICE ASK ME TO COME IN AT 1 PM??? BECAUSE They only saw me at 1:40PM. Frustrated patient.

Dr. H. is my wife's dentist and my wife highly recommended her to me, being that my former dentist just retired. So, this was the perfect situation. Dr. H. and her staff are very professional, friendly and dedicated to customer service. The treatment plan and cost were explained before the work was done, so I knew what I was going to get and how much it would cost. In the Treatment Room, she and her assistants are experts at what they do and they put me at ease. Even though their office is close to my home, they'd be worth a longer drive.

Dr. Hamzehpour "Dr. H": Dr. Sanaz Hamzehpour received her undergraduate bachelor’s degree with honors from UCLA majoring in Biological Sciences. She then went on to UCLA Dental School. As a dental student Dr. Hamzehpour was involved in scientific research regarding porcelain polishing systems, an important part of esthetic dentistry. She also presented her research about patient education at the Annual Scientific Session of The American Dental Association. Dr. Hamzehpour is very gentle and believes in patient education as a key element in successful treatment planning. Dr. Hamzepour has post-graduate training in periodontal surgical procedures as well as laser dentistry. We all love her, as do her patients!

My doctor was great, as were each of the staff members I encountered. I just don't think there should be a 9:00 appt offered, since they opened the door, let me in, then immediately went into a staff meeting. It may be better to do that before operating hours so people aren't kept waiting.
