Most relevant

Many things need improvement. 1- check in procedures. (receptionist was not checking the sign-in sheet. When I arrived into the office other people were being checked in before me, until I pointed out that I had signed in before them, other people were noticed but not me) 2-e-rays were ok 3- after xrays I waited about 30 min. Dentist came in and then directed to assistant to give me two more. After that the dentist took 45 min to coke back to confirm treatment. 4- They told me someone would be back to explain benefits- I waited over an hour in the room. I decided to walk out. After being there for three hours in total. This office needs a better office manager. The coordination and organization was not a good experience for me. I felt forgottened.
