Dr. Sarah Made out introduced herself to me and told me a quick history of the practice, which I appreciated. I was well taken care of by support staff also. After going over my xrays a plan was discussed to get my teeth taken care of. I left feeling confident that I had a dentist with my best interest first ??

She was very professional like her mother who worked on my mouth 3 years ago. She is very caring towards her patients and her nurses were awesome making the experience more relaxing than nerve racking. I have been apart of this dentist since I was little and remained attached to this place for years to come.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been too. See I'm one that is scared of the dentist but Dr. Massoud explained every step and made sure I was comfortable through out my processor. I did not cry not one time that says a lot. I would refer her to everyone and especially kids because she was that good. Thanks Dr.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Massoud and she was ok. She was a bit rough with my cleaning and I was a lil uncomfortable. I wanted her to take her time and be patient when cleaning my teeth. I'm nerves to return. But she was extremely fast but rough.

My visit with Dr. Massoud was very professional. and educational. Dr Massoud took her time to informed me about the different options that I have with taking Care of my teeth...her assistant was so gentle and kind...she made me feel relax and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I hate going to the dentist. I mean I really really really hate it but I love this doctor!! She is really fantastic you will not go wrong. She explains everything step-by-step, has a great bedside manner, and her staff is really friendly. I was seen almost immediately and was able to make a doctors appointment and be seen within 24 hours. This will be my dentist for life!!

I would not recommend. Purchased insurance that was assured she was on plan. She refused to honor this and the plan again confirmed her participation. I changed insurance, got a better plan and then and additional and then received treatment that has resulted in oral surgery on both teeth that she worked on. Dental files do break off in patients gums, I understand that, but when the plan denied her claim because no prior authorization was obtained, she billed me and then ran it through other plan and received payment. Both dentists I have seen since could not understand what had been done and corrections and expense are mine.

My experience with Dr. Masound was great. The only issue I experienced was the wait time. When I arrived and checked another patient showed up without an appointment and was seen before me. That prolonged my appointment from an expected 45 minutes to 90 minutes.

This was my first time visiting this dental office and being seen by this dentist. The experience was very pleasant and fast. I went in for a regular check-up and cleaning and was out in 40 minutes (I mean completely done and out the door). The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return for future visits as well as bring my spouse and children in to be seen.
I would like to make the recommendation to the dental office that they put the forms they need filled out on this site. When I arrived I had to fill out another form before being seen. Although it was only one form and not complicated it will provide another convenience to the patient.
